Personal Funding Research & Preparation Program — $500

This $500 payment is the enrollment fee for our Personal Funding Research & Preparation Program.

The enrollment fee covers individualized research, analysis, and preparation to evaluate the client’s current financial profile and identify potential personal funding opportunities.

Services may include:

• Comprehensive review of the client’s credit and financial profile
• Research of potential lenders and financial institutions based on the client’s individual profile
• Review of lender eligibility and qualification requirements
• Identification of potential prequalification and funding opportunities
• Review of applicable specialty consumer reports, including ChexSystems, Early Warning Services (EWS), LexisNexis, and other third-party consumer reporting agencies
• Identification of potential inaccurate, duplicate, outdated, or inconsistent information within applicable consumer reports
• When potential reporting inaccuracies are identified, assistance with preparing and submitting appropriate consumer disputes or correction requests to the applicable reporting agency
• Education regarding factors that may affect banking and lending eligibility
• Personalized funding recommendations and application preparation based on research findings

Important: The $500 fee covers research, analysis, education, document preparation, and related assistance. We do not guarantee the removal or modification of information contained in any consumer report. We are not a lender and do not guarantee funding, approval, a specific funding amount, interest rate, or loan terms. All reporting investigations are handled by the applicable consumer reporting agency, and all lending decisions are made independently by the applicable financial institution.

Additional fees may apply for services provided following a successful funding outcome. Any applicable fees and payment terms are disclosed separately in the client’s service agreement prior to enrollment.
